What you will do

  • Conduct customer research and analyze historical data to identify potential new leads.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans and create bespoke communication strategies for customers.
  • Schedule internal and external executive-level meetings to facilitate the sales process.
  • Draft business cases and pricing proposals based on guidance from senior Account Executives.
  • Process signed contracts and conduct post-sales customer reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom for hybrid work.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong growth mindset and willingness to adopt AI solutions to improve team efficiency.

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Rep (SDR) or Business Development Executive (BDE).
  • Experience working with educational institutions, EdTech, or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience in enterprise-level software and SaaS sales.
  • Prior proficiency with Salesforce.
