TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving business growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing high-potential accounts with an accent on complex, strategic sales cycles. Focus on securing new logos, navigating C-suite stakeholders, and applying value-based selling frameworks like MEDDPICC.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (Tues-Thurs onsite) or Remote in the United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Hunt and drive new business growth within white space and existing accounts from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue production.
  • Align hirify.global’s value proposition with customer business objectives, technology priorities, and talent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Sales Engineers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise organizations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Track record of overachieving 1M+ revenue targets and closing deals of $200k+.
  • Experience selling to C-Suite, technology executives, and talent leaders in large organizations.
  • Expertise in business development, heavy prospecting, and pipeline management.
  • Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling frameworks.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland or the United Kingdom.
