Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (Tues-Thurs onsite) or Remote in the United Kingdom

What you will do
- Hunt and drive new business growth within white space and existing accounts from lead generation to closing.
- Develop tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue production.
- Align ’s value proposition with customer business objectives, technology priorities, and talent initiatives.
- Collaborate with BDRs, Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Sales Engineers.
- Lead complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise organizations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant sales experience selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
- Track record of overachieving 1M+ revenue targets and closing deals of $200k+.
- Experience selling to C-Suite, technology executives, and talent leaders in large organizations.
- Expertise in business development, heavy prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling frameworks.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland or the United Kingdom.
