What you will do
- Identify and engage potential customer accounts and key decision-makers through thorough research.
- Execute omni-channel outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to schedule Discovery Calls and Demos.
- Conduct weekly in-person prospecting visits to agencies to establish high-touch relationships.
- Travel monthly to designated markets to execute localized business development.
- Track and report all activities in HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless pipeline management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Growth, and Business Development teams to align sales strategies.
Requirements
- Up to 12 months of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Readiness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
- High intellectual and emotional intelligence, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking.

- Experience in cold calling and sales training.
