What you will do

  • Identify and engage potential customer accounts and key decision-makers through thorough research.
  • Execute omni-channel outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to schedule Discovery Calls and Demos.
  • Conduct weekly in-person prospecting visits to agencies to establish high-touch relationships.
  • Travel monthly to designated markets to execute localized business development.
  • Track and report all activities in HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless pipeline management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Growth, and Business Development teams to align sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Up to 12 months of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Readiness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • High intellectual and emotional intelligence, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking.

Nice to have

  • Background in competition, achievement, or athletics.
  • Experience in cold calling and sales training.
