What you will do

  • Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
  • Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers
  • Track activity in CRM and iterate on messaging

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with cold outreach prospecting
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficiency with Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
