What you will do

• Design and build demos for newest fintech products in collaboration with product, design, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
• Maintain and upgrade existing product demos to align with continuous product changes and updates.
• Lead the configuration and rollout of new features within the demo environment.
• Drive the overall demo tools strategy to effectively educate prospects throughout the buyer journey.
• Create technical demo documentation, including quick-start and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide domain expertise to craft well-articulated narratives and stories for the sales team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in demo engineering, product management, or presales within SaaS or consumer technology.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to launch software products.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and re-prioritize.
• Familiarity with common design tools like Figma.
• Strong product sense and storytelling skills with an eye for design.

Nice to have

• Experience with Consensus, Saleo, or Vendict.
• Experience with administration of ERP, workflow, or procurement technologies such as NetSuite, Coupa, Ariba, or Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
