Salary: $151,038 - $234,109 per year

What you will do

• Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
• Mentor the product team and influence executive stakeholders to drive product initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.
• Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and Agile development processes.
• Must be based in the US, excluding the states of AK, DE, RI, VT, and WY.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and Figma.
