What you will do

• Own the end-to-end workflow for a core sales channel, including lead handoff, qualification, proposal, and onboarding.
• Codify existing sales routines into a standardized, scalable channel playbook.
• Integrate channel-specific processes with the platform's shared foundation for automated lead, scoring, and pricing logic.
• Design cross-channel handoffs to ensure seamless context transfer and data integrity.
• Define and track key performance metrics such as conversion, velocity, and CAC to optimize channel efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience within or closely related to a sales environment.
• Track record of transforming complex, manual processes into scalable, instrumented systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and measurement.
• Ability to balance standardized global processes with local market requirements.
