Focus on managing Market Development Funds (MDF), coordinating regional events, and optimizing lead-sharing processes between Okta and its partners.

Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Design and execute joint marketing campaigns including webinars, events, and digital advertising.
  • Develop co-branded assets such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and social media content.
  • Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) to financially support partner-led marketing initiatives.
  • Lead in-region events in ANZ, including Partner Connects, Partner Forums, and AWS Summits.
  • Collaborate with sales and product marketing to align partner GTM strategies with overall revenue goals.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of initiatives through ROI and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 6+ years with a Master’s).
  • Proven track record in partner or channel marketing within a professional role.
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with speed and urgency.
  • Must be located in Sydney, Australia for a hybrid work arrangement.
