APJ Marketing Associate (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid; based in Melbourne or Sydney with the ability to attend in-person working days.

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity company developing NodeZero, a platform for production-safe autonomous penetration testing and security assessment operations.

What you will do

• Coordinate social media activities highlighting APJ marketing initiatives, partner events, field events, PR coverage, customer engagement, and team activities.
• Adapt global content for local audiences and identify opportunities to increase regional brand presence.
• Own APJ SWAG and branded merchandise, including sourcing, supplier coordination, inventory, fulfilment, and distribution.
• Support regional campaigns, partner initiatives, field events, webinars, and PR activities, including logistics, promotional assets, and communications.
• Coordinate purchase orders, supplier documentation, approvals, invoice tracking, marketing expenditure, calendars, campaign assets, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase social engagement, streamline operations, and enhance APJ marketing activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, communications, events, or a related role.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in social media, content creation, and brand marketing.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and partners.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with marketing, social media, or project management tools.
• A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to take ownership, solve problems, and follow tasks through to completion.
• Based in Melbourne or Sydney and able to attend in-person working days.

• Creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic about regional marketing activities and building brand awareness.
• Strong initiative and follow-through, with a balance of creativity and operational discipline.

• Interest in technology or cybersecurity and working across diverse APJ markets.
