Field Sales Representative (Consumer Electronics)

Location: Remote, Australia (Must have a driver's licence and own vehicle)

What you will do

• Conduct regular scheduled visits to retail partner locations within an assigned territory.
• Execute in-store merchandising standards, including planogram compliance and POS material installation.
• Deliver product training sessions to retail store staff to equip them with selling knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and sales associates.
• Actively sell to retail partners and end consumers on the shop floor to drive revenue.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotional strategies within the territory.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, brand ambassador, or retail sales, ideally in consumer electronics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to influence purchasing decisions and meet sales targets.
• Must possess a current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM/field reporting tools.
• Ability to work a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekend requirements.
