What you will do

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with home services clients to align marketing execution with business objectives.
• Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
• Identify upselling opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
• Lead internal and external training on digital marketing, hirify.global systems, and brand specifics.
• Manage client budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional client-facing account management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dedicated Account Manager role.
• Proven track record working within a digital agency setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO and paid advertising.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
