What you will do

• Manage all aspects of client relationships for 4-8 corporate contacts and 100-120 accounts, aiming for 96%+ monthly retention.
• Provide monthly reporting and analysis by the 6th business day, with mid-month check-ins and presentations.
• Oversee performance and reporting for various digital campaigns, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social, Geofencing, Display, Review Management, Email, Native, and Spotify.
• Develop and maintain a full understanding of clients' marketing, products, services, and digital strategy.
• Proactively monitor campaign performance, make recommendations, and optimize for ROI with operations teams.
• Lead demos, onboard clients to the SAAS platform Fiona, and support product adoption, reporting bugs and suggesting UI improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ Years in a Client Facing Role.
• 1+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience (paid search, paid social, display, geofencing).
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Superb communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and a growth mindset.
• Must be located within the United States.
