What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of global retail category strategies for Gift With Purchase (GWP), uniforms, and collateral.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives and value creation opportunities to optimize spend and speed to market.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive long-term business value and innovation.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align sourcing with business needs.
• Analyze market, competitor, and industry insights to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with data privacy, information security, and corporate codes of conduct.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in Retail Marketing or Merchandising categories.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam, Netherlands.
