Supply Chain Coordinator

What you will do

• Support the 3PL Manager in the day-to-day management of the in-house 3PL provider.
• Manage the daily order flow from allocation to 3PL and align on workload and priorities.
• Create and analyze reports and dashboards to monitor progress and identify areas for attention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for 3PL and vendors to resolve logistical issues and challenges.
• Coordinate vendor quality management for deliveries and align on forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandise and Wholesale teams to ensure smooth delivery to all stores and customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar supply chain or logistics business office role.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Knowledge of business analytical tools such as SAP BW, MicroStrategy, or Business Objectives.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Very good English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work from the Almere office according to the 60:40 hybrid policy.
