What you will do

• Own site performance on a weekly, period, and annual basis, meeting safety, quality, and operational KPIs.
• Develop and coach Operations Managers and Supervisors to strengthen leadership quality across the site.
• Drive key operational metrics including retention, perfect deliveries, delivery capacity, UPH, and cost.
• Handle critical incidents, manage escalations, and ensure smooth operational planning and continuity.
• Serve as the primary contact for the FC People Partner and manage complex HR cases.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and authorities as required to maintain site standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of operations experience, including management of large multi-shift teams.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for managing critical incidents.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
