What you will do

• Execute daily customer orders for Amazon, ensuring high service levels and execution excellence.
• Monitor end-to-end order flow and implement data-driven improvements to resolve defects.
• Leverage digital automation capabilities to enhance operational performance.
• Manage KPIs including purchase order confirmation rates and out-of-stock levels.
• Collaborate with internal warehouse, distribution, and demand planning teams to remove operational roadblocks.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in the overall cost-to-serve process.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably within e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment and reverse logistics processes.
• Advanced analytical skills using Power BI, Excel, and SAP/SAC.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with Amazon systems.
• Proficiency in Dutch or German.
