What you will do

• Investigate, improve, and standardize procurement processes and procedures.
• Support the effective use of procurement systems and tools, specifically SAP.
• Maintain and optimize contract data, vendor data, and other procurement information.
• Act as a practical link between procurement, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Provide training and support to colleagues on procurement tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a mid-sized or large enterprise.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Experience working with SAP and implementing process improvements.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Must be based in Amersfoort, NL.
