What you will do

• Manage purchasing activities for development projects and production materials.
• Coordinate suppliers, forecasting, purchase orders, and transportation.
• Monitor inventory levels and improve material availability.
• Maintain ERP and product master data.
• Support PLM development initiatives and assist with complaint handling with R&D, Quality, and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, inventory management, or a related field.
• Experience working with ERP systems and data-driven processes.
• Proactive, hands-on, and structured working style.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare technology, medical devices, electronics, or manufacturing.
