What you will do

• Lead and grow a distributed team of engineers focused on the hirify.global Pro trading interface.
• Drive the design, architecture, and delivery of performant, modular, and accessible frontend systems.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape and execute the product roadmap.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
• Mentor and develop engineers to support their technical and professional growth.
• Guide initiatives to modernize the frontend stack and enhance performance at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on frontend or full-stack development.
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring distributed teams of 4–8 engineers.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React, including React Native.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive UI design.
• Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be located in one of the specified countries: Brazil, Argentina, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, or Uruguay.

Nice to have

• Exposure to backend technologies such as Rust, C++, Java, or Node.js.
• Previous experience in Trading, Crypto, or Fintech sectors.
