What you will do

• Own the mid- to long-term commercial strategy to drive market sales and margin growth.
• Lead sell-in (net revenue) and sell-out (retail) sales planning across omni-channels.
• Drive service excellence through CRM programs and data analysis from EPOS to increase customer loyalty.
• Implement retailer segmentation and productivity roadmaps to maximize staff and store efficiency.
• Manage trust-based relationships with key clients and lead business development projects.
• Execute 360 launch and animation strategies in alignment with global promo guidelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Sales experience in Beauty, Luxury, and/or Consumer Goods.
• At least 5 years in a management or leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Thai and English (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in developing and managing sales forecasts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
