What you will do

• Lead APAC engineering projects from initiation through implementation, including dual production location extensions, product development, and cost reduction projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams across project management, product management, engineering, planning, and production management.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, goals, and objectives.
• Identify and track milestones, proactively resolve issues, and mitigate risks that may threaten project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project planning documentation, schedules, budgets, and status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience and project management experience.
• Excellent time management abilities and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
