TL;DR
Project Manager, NPD (Climate Technology): Leading global new product development and NPD/NTP/VAVE projects for climate solutions with an accent on project planning, engineering roadmaps, cross-functional coordination, and design validation. Focus on managing risks, verifying concepts, defining production requirements, and delivering chiller products with high quality and on schedule.
Location: On-site in Shanghai, China, 5 days per week

What you will do
- Lead AP and global NPD, NTP, and VAVE projects.
- Create project plans covering schedules and technical roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the NPD process.
- Track and control project risks, verify concepts, define production requirements, and validate designs.
- Coordinate communication among marketing, design centers, factories, supply chain, and sales.
- Prepare timely project reports and summaries while ensuring high-quality, on-time product delivery.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience, including project management experience.
- Engineering background and strong project office skills.
- Clear, active written and oral communication.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of heat transfer, engineering thermodynamics, or refrigeration engineering is preferred.
- Chiller development experience, including CTV, screw, or scroll chillers, and PMI certification are preferred.
