What you will do

  • Lead volume ramp-up (VRU) activities, manufacturing transfers, and supplier/factory onboardings.
  • Represent Supply Chain Management in industrialization and Product Change Notification (PCN) projects.
  • Design and implement end-to-end supply chain concepts for material, capacity, and financial flows.
  • Drive capacity planning and loading strategies across internal and external manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor supply chain performance.
  • Identify and drive process improvements across planning, logistics, and production operations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in SCM, Operations, or Manufacturing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within international organizations.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Direct exposure to industrialization or manufacturing transfer projects.
