Industrial Supply Chain Manager (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Lead volume ramp-ups, manufacturing transfers, supplier and factory onboardings, and product optimization initiatives.
• Represent Supply Chain Management in industrialization and Product Change Notification projects.
• Design end-to-end supply chain concepts covering material, capacity, and financial flows.
• Drive capacity planning and loading strategies across internal and external manufacturing sites.
• Develop capacity governance processes, planning tools, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Identify supply and operational risks and lead process improvements and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, operations, manufacturing, or a comparable environment.
• Experience in project-driven, cross-functional environments; industrialization or manufacturing transfer experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is advantageous.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
