Supply Chain & Quality Manager - Cabin Seat (Aerospace)

Location: Hamburg Area, Germany; work at hirify.global's civil aircraft production site in Hamburg

What you will do

• Act as the focal point for suppliers on operational activities and contract management.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and product quality conformity.
• Implement recovery, improvement, and development plans to secure compliant delivery of products and services.
• Coordinate supplier operations with internal stakeholders and contribute to multifunctional and divisional teams.
• Manage supplier quality approvals and authorizations, ensuring compliance with required certifications.
• Lead supplier quality recoveries and follow up on action plans using root cause analysis and 9S/PPS problem-solving methods.

Requirements

• Engineering or another relevant technical degree.
• At least 4 years of professional experience, ideally in quality, supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing, or production.
• Industrial experience in manufacturing engineering or quality; cabin experience is highly appreciated.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and risk-mitigation skills.
• Business and negotiation fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French and/or German.
• Experience with cabin-related products and operations.
