What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional buying projects, align stakeholders, and follow up on key initiatives.
• Prepare strategic presentations, leadership updates, business reviews, analyses, and buying performance reports.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and support governance and communication within the Buying department.
• Improve and standardize buying processes to increase efficiency and support continuous improvement.
• Own operational buying processes, maintain data quality, and develop documentation, training materials, and learning initiatives.
• Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional requests and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management.
• Proactive approach to process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
