What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Product Information Systems domain.
• Manage the product backlog, balancing business value, technical debt, and strategic alignment.
• Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and development teams, translating needs into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in an agile environment.
• Ensure seamless integration of product information systems across various departments, from R&D to sales.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role bridging business and IT.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and evaluate trade-offs between technical debt and feature delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lund, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems or similar enterprise solutions.
• Experience working with both frontend and backend development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working across organizational boundaries with distributed teams.
