What you will do

• Own and develop the Professional Services portfolio, managing the roadmap, pricing, and lifecycle.
• Identify market opportunities to create and launch new service offerings.
• Establish and manage strategic vendor partnerships to enhance the service portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Process Owners to ensure services are scalable and commercially successful.
• Drive business growth and profitability by increasing Professional Services revenue across international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level of education and thinking.
• Proven experience in managing and developing service portfolios, including roadmap and pricing.
• Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure (Cloud, Datacenter, Network, Modern Workplace, Security).
• Proficiency in English.
• Availability for 37 hours per week.
