What you will do

  • Lead strategic planning and operational oversight across all customer-facing digital channels and product teams.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end digital journeys aligned with market expectations and global customer archetypes.
  • Manage the digital roadmap and dependencies to ensure cross-functional delivery.
  • Leverage KPIs and user data to guide decisions, optimize performance, and personalize interactions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and third-party agencies to ensure digital assets reflect brand values.
  • Drive innovation within product and tech teams in alignment with engineering strategy.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in digital leadership, UX, product management, or digital strategy.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale teams, preferably managing 50+ FTE.
  • Understanding of the payments industry, financial services regulations, and compliance.
  • Experience with digital platforms, APIs, and modern technology stack architecture.
  • Ability to influence and align C-level executives and board members.
  • English: Business level fluency required.
