What you will do

• Own and continuously improve Viaplay’s automated sports highlights ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for short-form content and automation across markets.
• Identify opportunities and solve challenges with stakeholders across Sports, Product, Technology, Social Media, and Content Curation.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and technology partners.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation across workflows and processes.
• Challenge existing ways of working and deliver measurable efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., consulting, operations, project management, technology, media, or sports) with ownership of initiatives and delivery of results.
• AI fluency with active daily use of AI tools; experience building AI workflows, automations, or agents is a strong advantage.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders across teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and continuous process improvement.
• Interest in media/SoMe/technology and scalable ways of working.
• Genuine passion for sports and understanding of why sports moments matter to fans.
