TL;DR
Project Manager (Fintech): Delivering cross-functional projects and process changes for tax-free shopping and commerce payment operations with an accent on financial flows, data analysis, governance, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on building financial models, managing risks and dependencies, and driving adoption of new processes and tools across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and technology teams.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; balanced work remotely and from the offices

What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, report on, and deliver assigned projects and process changes.
- Set up project governance, reporting structures, templates, policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate priorities and gather insights across Commercial, MS, Finance, Operations, country teams, and technology stakeholders.
- Support financial business cases through data analysis, research, and financial modeling.
- Lead change management, stakeholder communication, business handover, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of Project Management experience in an international environment.
- Strong organization, analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience exporting and structuring high-volume data from MicroStrategy and drafting specifications for financial flows across operational systems and accounting.
- Ability to lead and coordinate projects with internal stakeholders up to Senior Management level and external stakeholders, including Zatca.
- Good understanding of technology and fluent English.
- Master’s degree in economics or project management is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in Operations, Fintech, or Finance organizations.
- Good skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of MicroStrategy and Salesforce.
