Project Manager 1 (Production): Coordinating client briefs, production resources, documentation, deliverables, file transfers, invoicing, and WIP reporting with an accent on advertising production and client–production communication. Focus on translating client requirements into production-ready materials, managing non-conforming deliverables, and keeping documentation, billing, and workflow reports accurate.
Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines

What you will do
- Discuss layout requirements with clients and prepare rough sketches and project materials.
- Coordinate resource allocation with the production facility.
- Prepare job tickets, brand guidelines, client documents, printer specifications, checklists, reference files, and other production documentation.
- Enter project information into the internal SGS system and liaise with clients and the production floor on deliverable-related questions.
- Upload completed files to client-appointed locations and quarantine non-conforming deliverables reported by clients.
- Prepare invoices, follow up on work-in-progress reports and payments, and submit WIP reports for review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of related project management experience.
- Previous experience in an advertising agency.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Manila, Philippines.
