What you will do

• Drive finance-related transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Perform issue tracking, risk management, and project governance.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project members and stakeholders.
• Ensure that implemented solutions align with financial processes and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in finance/accounting project management or accounting operations.
• Strong analytical and structured working style to translate complex topics into solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial compliance requirements.
