What you will do

• Act as the primary post-contract point of contact for global pharma clients, guiding them through onboarding and long-term adoption.
• Evaluate customer environments to align workflows and technical requirements with AI-driven solutions.
• Lead software implementations, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Build business cases and strategic recommendations in partnership with leadership to support customer success.
• Shape and optimize the customer journey to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop standardized content, tools, and templates to ensure consistent project execution.

Requirements

• Master's degree (or MBA) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or strategic project management within executive settings.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience in a growth environment such as a startup or dynamic organization.
• Strong foundation in planning, coordinating, and executing projects with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
