What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation journey, from requirement gathering to final delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align AI automation with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to solve technical challenges and ensure seamless system integration.
• Act as a trusted partner for clients, helping them maximize the potential of the automation platform.
• Work with sales to create implementation plans and drive deep product adoption.
• Provide feedback to the product team to evolve the platform based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Fluent in German and English (C1) with confidence presenting to native speakers.
• Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical action.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
