What you will do
- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and refreshments across multiple locations.
- Coordinate meeting room preparations, catering, and guest welcoming.
- Handle incoming mail, shared mailboxes, and general office communications.
- Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and coordination with external service providers.
- Support finance administration by processing invoices, receipts, and managing purchasing activities.
- Assist in organizing company events, internal meetings, and business travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Willingness to regularly work on site in Erfurt, Leipzig, and Ilmenau
- Good communication skills in English and German (minimum B2)
- Confidence in using Microsoft 365 office tools.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to task ownership.
- Experience in office management, hospitality, or event support is a plus.
