TL;DR
Field Application Engineer (MTD): Providing comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support for memory semiconductor testing solutions with an accent on DRAM and NAND device test program development. Focus on creating technical documentation, delivering expert presentations, and solving complex customer challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in Hefei or Shanghai, China

What you will do

  • Provide end-to-end technical support for customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
  • Develop, review, and maintain high-quality technical documentation and demonstration materials.
  • Deliver technical presentations and training courses to diverse groups of engineers.
  • Create, debug, and correlate device test programs for memory semiconductors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to solve complex technical issues under pressure.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer needs.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Hefei or Shanghai
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (MS preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in DRAM or NAND testing.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
  • Strong English and technical communication skills.
  • Experience working in a technical sales environment.
