What you will do

• Develop reference solutions and proof-of-concepts for innovative UWB radar use cases including parking assistance, seat belt reminders, and occupant monitoring.
• Design, implement, and validate advanced radar algorithms, simulations, and prototypes for next-generation applications.
• Provide high-quality technical support to system architects and product engineers to define and realize new automotive UWB use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and FAE teams to support new product introductions and accelerate market adoption.
• Build relationships with key customers to collect requirements and identify opportunities in Automotive and Industrial UWB applications.
• Create technical documentation and system-level support materials to enable customer success.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong expertise in radar engineering, signal processing, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and MATLAB, with experience in RTOS system and algorithm development.
• Solid background in connectivity, RF, mmWave Radar, or UWB technologies.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in or able to work from Shanghai.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of semiconductor and Automotive markets.
