TL;DR
System Integration Lead (Electrification): Leading rapid electrification system integration, on-machine validation, and solution iteration for E+ES and SEM programs with an accent on battery, e-powertrain, and thermal systems. Focus on converting system requirements into practical engineering solutions, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating multidisciplinary technical iterations.
Location: Onsite five days a week in Qingzhou, China

What you will do
- Lead electrification system integration for China RED projects, including requirement decomposition, interface definition, and packaging coordination.
- Drive machine-level fit-up and system integration in Qingzhou to support rapid validation of new concepts.
- Coordinate battery, e-powertrain, control, thermal, and charging systems to ensure seamless system-level integration.
- Lead system-level design reviews, DFMEA, DVP planning, and validation execution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and issue resolution during prototype build, commissioning, and testing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams in Qingdao and Wuxi, as well as suppliers, to accelerate technical iterations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with electrification systems, e-powertrain, battery systems, or machine/system integration.
- Experience in prototype integration, machine fit-up, or rapid validation activities.
- Familiarity with electrified machine development processes, including design reviews and validation.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary systems across electrical, mechanical, and control domains.
- Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Qingzhou.
Nice to have
- Experience in off-highway equipment or construction machinery electrification.
- Familiarity with DFMEA, DVP, or system engineering methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-site or global engineering teams.
- Previous technical leadership or project coordination experience.
