Location: Hybrid in Düsseldorf, Germany. Relocation and visa support available.

What you will do
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for retention and monetization areas.
- Build and defend business cases for new initiatives, modeling trade-offs and pressure-testing assumptions with data.
- Lead end-to-end structured discovery to identify and validate high-impact opportunities and connect them to a KPI framework.
- Manage the full experimentation agenda, including hypothesis framing, test design, and sequencing.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, UX, Research, and Engineering to drive products from insight to shipment.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the company's overall PM processes and practices.
Requirements
- 6-12+ years of product management experience, specifically shipping and scaling complex data-driven initiatives in consumer products.
- Proven track record in monetization, growth, pricing, or retention.
- Strong analytical rigor with experience in cohort analysis and opportunity sizing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and manage stakeholders across functions.
- Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering and data teams regarding system constraints.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Düsseldorf, Germany.
