Product Manager, Dashboard (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States (hybrid). Candidates within commuting distance of Vercel offices in San Francisco, New York, London, or Berlin are expected to attend in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Base pay in San Francisco: $172,000–$258,000 per year. Total compensation may also include benefits, equity, and bonus or variable pay.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Vercel Dashboard across individual accounts and enterprise organizations.
• Define how agents operate in the Dashboard, including surfacing errors, suggesting fixes, and updating code and configuration.
• Transform the Dashboard from a passive project listing into a proactive surface for insights, notifications, recommended actions, and discovery.
• Define information architecture and design patterns for product areas such as Billing, CI/CD, and Observability.
• Partner with Engineering to maintain a high bar for Dashboard performance and user experience.
• Run experiments and analyze onboarding, feature adoption, and engagement across user segments.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping developer-facing products.
• Experience with control planes, dashboards, or console products in infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools companies.
• Strong understanding of information architecture for organizing complex products.
• Experience considering products from both human and agent perspectives and using AI tools in a workflow.
• Experience running experiments and using product analytics to guide roadmap decisions.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco hybrid setup, with in-office anchor days when within commuting distance of a Vercel office.

• Experience on platform or horizontal product teams that establish patterns adopted by other teams.
• Engineering background or experience building software.
• Experience with onboarding, activation, or growth loops in a product-led growth context.
