Senior Product Manager, Trust Platform – Modules (f/m/d)

Location: Based in Berlin or Munich, Germany; remote work support with regular onsite gatherings.

What you will do

• Own the product direction for Trust Platform modules across the orchestration model, studio, APIs, dashboard, and data layer.
• Lead integrations of external signals and providers, including biometrics, device fingerprinting, PEP and sanctions screening, document databases, and credit bureaus.
• Evaluate vendors commercially and technically, and lead RFP processes across relevant stakeholder groups.
• Integrate other hirify.global products into the Trust Platform and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Own dashboard and analytics capabilities for real-time conversion, drop-off, and fraud data.
• Design unified data schemas and reusable data blocks, and enable internal teams to support customer integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with platforms, orchestration, APIs, or third-party integrations in technically complex environments.
• Experience launching products, coordinating go-to-market activities, pricing SaaS products, and scaling new offerings.
• Track record of leading vendor evaluations and RFPs across commercial, technical, security, and operational criteria.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and business topics clearly to senior stakeholders, customers, and internal audiences.
• Autonomous, pragmatic working style with the ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital identity, fraud prevention, risk, compliance, banking, fintech, insurance, or telecommunications.
• Experience building customer and commercial relationships to identify product opportunities.
