What you will do
- Own a high-impact product domain end-to-end.
- Shape the reward economy through payout thresholds, tiering, bonuses, and promotions.
- Define hypotheses and design statistically sound A/B tests.
- Use data-driven product decisions to improve activation and retention.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, and User Acquisition teams to align priorities and deliver improvements.
- Represent the product domain directly to leadership.
Requirements
- Senior-level product management experience.
- Experience owning a product domain end-to-end.
- Ability to design and evaluate statistically sound A/B tests.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Hamburg, Germany.
