Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; Belgrade, Serbia; Berlin, Germany; Limassol, Cyprus; London, United Kingdom; Madrid, Spain; Munich, Germany; Prague, Czech Republic; Warsaw, Poland; Yerevan, Armenia. Flexible work location with remote and office options; remote work from abroad is available for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, target audiences, use cases, and success metrics for a managed codebase context layer for AI coding agents.
• Collaborate with engineering and ML teams on indexing pipelines, embeddings, retrieval quality, model evaluation, platform scale, reliability, and cost.
• Work with IDE, Air, and Junie teams on integrations and agent-facing product surfaces.
• Define problem statements, priorities, milestones, trade-offs, and clear completion criteria.
• Establish metrics covering index freshness, retrieval quality, agent outcomes, adoption, retention, and unit economics.
• Analyze competing code-search and context products, communicate differentiators, and represent the product through roadmaps, written updates, talks, and community engagement.

Requirements

• Experience owning a complex developer, platform, or infrastructure product end to end, including strategy and roadmap.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI coding tools and agent workflows.
• Technical depth in embeddings, retrieval, sub-agents, tool-calling, indexing costs, APIs, data models, and integration surfaces.
• Ability to define quality metrics and build evaluation practices for quality-sensitive products.
• Experience communicating products through written content, talks, or community engagement.
• Data-informed decision-making using telemetry, evaluations, customer conversations, and market signals.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with search, retrieval, RAG, developer search, or static analysis at scale.
