Senior AI Strategist (German Speaker)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain or Munich, Germany

What you will do

• Drive change management initiatives supporting AI adoption and new ways of working.
• Act as the interface between AI/ML engineers, data engineers, business stakeholders, IT, and senior leadership.
• Translate business needs into objectives, requirements, delivery plans, and actionable priorities.
• Communicate complex AI and technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, dependencies, blockers, and cross-functional delivery.
• Support the transition of AI solutions from PoC to MVP and production while maintaining business alignment and long-term value.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, product management, or change management, plus 4+ years working with AI, data, or technology.
• Solid understanding of AI, data, and the AI lifecycle, including the ability to challenge technical decisions and understand trade-offs.
• Experience driving technology, process, or organizational change and supporting adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior stakeholders and resolving conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing complex projects, timelines, risks, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English and German required.
