Senior Product Manager (Learner Experience)

What you will do

• Own the learner experience end to end, including onboarding, personalized recommendations, content delivery, and learning feedback.
• Develop the product from a browsable catalogue into a personalized learning experience tailored to company, team, individual, and context.
• Define how short learning activities compose into individual learning paths and determine alternatives when content does not engage the learner.
• Own measurement and the improvement path for weekly active learners.
• Evaluate mobile-first learning experiences, including the trade-offs between a native client and lighter solutions.
• Decide how studio, customer-created, and dynamically generated content is surfaced to different learners.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience owning a B2B2C product or a consumer habit-formation product.
• Demonstrated experience shipping personalization, routing, or recommendation features that measurably changed user behavior.
• Experience building products on platforms with existing revenue-generating systems and making thoughtful sequencing decisions.
• Strong decision-making, clear prioritization, and an open, collaborative working style.
• Genuine interest in how people learn and ability to work closely with educational designers.
• Comfort partnering with an embedded engineering manager rather than managing engineers directly.
