What you will do

• Manage project cost, schedule, and performance for missions in Phases 0/A/B1.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams through the conceptualization and maturation of space missions.
• Define and negotiate requirements with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Prepare and implement mission and system proposals.
• Act as a primary liaison with key stakeholders in client organizations.

Requirements

• Degree in aerospace, engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience as a project manager for Phase 0/A/B1 space projects.
• Proven experience working with ESA as a customer.
• Expertise in crafting compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• English proficiency required; German language skills are an advantage.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
