What you will do

• Analyze, harmonize, and trace customer requirements against internal system definitions.
• Perform impact analysis and develop technical safety concepts.
• Configure variant models and IAT chains based on project information.
• Drive feature development, track maturity, and update project schedules.
• Escalate planning issues and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Support test managers in defining scope and resolving system-related technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• 5 years of experience in vehicle electronics, software, or system development, or at least 3 years in Electronic Brake System development.
• Experience in R&D and product development with a record of at least one complete project cycle.
• Background as a System Project Manager, Software PM, or Technical Project Manager.
• Proven experience with international assignments of at least 1 year.
• Fluency in Chinese is required.
