System Project Feature Owner (Automotive)

What you will do

• Analyze, harmonize, and obtain agreement on customer and internal requirements with stakeholders.
• Assess feasibility and customer status, map internal requirements to customer requirements, and initiate missing internal requirements.
• Perform impact analysis and develop technical safety concepts.
• Configure IAT chains and variant models using project information and system definitions.
• Define and update feature maturity content and schedules, derive feature development activities, and escalate planning delays.
• Support test managers with system release test scope and help resolve system-related project issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in automotive, mechatronics, electronics, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in vehicle electronics, software, or system development, or at least 3 years in electronic brake system development.
• At least 3 years of research and development or product development experience, or experience completing at least one full project.
• Experience as a system project manager, software project manager, or technical project manager.
• At least one year of professional international assignment experience.
• Fluent Chinese required.
