Location: Must be based in Milan, Turin, or Barcelona (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns to book qualified meetings.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling via Apollo and Sales Navigator.
  • Build and manage automated outreach sequences for target prospects.
  • Qualify prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule discovery calls.
  • Maintain precise activity logs and notes within the Salesforce CRM.
  • Analyze call recordings in Gong to refine talk tracks and align qualification standards with the Sales team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a BDR/SDR, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Fluent English, and fluency in either Spanish or Italian.
  • Must be based in Milan, Turin, or Barcelona to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Proven experience using Apollo for outbound prospecting and sequencing.
  • Strong skills in cold outreach, objection handling, and verbal communication.
  • Availability to work standard EMEA business hours.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in both Spanish and Italian.
  • Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced email outreach tools.
