Associate Director, Account Development (FMCG): Leading all commercial aspects for a group of clients to grow the existing base and identify new business opportunities with an accent on achieving financial objectives and operational performance indicators. Focus on implementing joint business plans, cross-selling new services, and enhancing product offerings based on client needs.

What you will do
- Lead commercial strategies to grow existing clientele and identify incremental revenue opportunities.
- Manage financial performance against budget and forecasts, ensuring proper pricing and contract compliance.
- Implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to maximize client satisfaction and expand the scope of influence within client organizations.
- Collaborate with Product and Data Science leaders to identify client needs and develop pricing proposals for product enhancements.
- Foster multi-level relationships within client organizations to drive product and solution sales.
- Contribute to regional short-term strategies and business plans for the Business Unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG (retail/marketing/sales) or the research industry (insights/category/shopper/agency).
- Strong commercial acumen with significant B2B sales experience.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Tools.
