What you will do

• Mentor and enable a team of CSMs to exceed growth and retention forecasts.
• Manage overall account health, including onboarding, stage adoption, and successful renewals.
• Develop senior-level relationships with customers (VP/CxO).
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure shared understanding of goals and initiatives.
• Oversee OKR initiatives and implement improvements to internal processes and tools.
• Manage resource assignments, staffing levels, and recruitment as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austria or Germany.
• Fluent German language proficiency.
• Proven experience leading teams and scaling customer success management practices.
• Track record in software/technology sales, consulting, or customer success.
• Deep knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing global, distributed teams across different cultures and geographies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud/container technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker.
• Experience with application security (SAST, DAST).
• Familiarity with cloud deployment models (AWS, GCP, Azure).
